Betsy Wells

Betsy Wells focuses on financial services and senior financial management positions for public and privately held companies. Prior to her career in executive search, Betsy was Vice President & Assistant Treasurer of Ralston Purina Company (now Nestlé Purina.) Through the course of her career she has developed significant experience in the areas of Capital Markets, International Treasury, and Cash Management as well as the associated liquidity, capitalization and risk management issues that impact a multi-national organization. 

 

She has partnered with commercial banks, investment banks and credit rating agencies on a wide range of transactions including public and private debt issuance, credit facilities, acquisitions, divestitures and tax-free spin-offs. During her career she worked within a global organization, with a significant emphasis on Latin America.

 

Betsy holds a BSBA and an MBA from the John M. Olin School of Business at Washington University in Saint Louis. She is a Certified Treasury Professional and is an active volunteer with Boy Scouts of America and Guardian Angel Settlement Association.
