Kevin E. Conley
The president, CEO, and founder of Conley & Company is Kevin Conley. Mr. Conley has more than 20 years of experience in executive recruiting, specializing in financial services.
After earning his BA in economics from Yale University, Mr. Conley began his career in executive recruiting with Russell Reynolds Associates in New York. He later was a principal with The Whitney Group in New York and in London. As a managing director at LAI Worldwide he led the Boston office and served as co-head of the asset management practice.
He created the Westgate Group in 1999, developing offices in Boston and New York before selling the company to Korn/Ferry International. Mr. Conley was named regional managing director of Korn/Ferry's New England division. In November of 2001 he formed Conley & Company, today one of the most respected executive recruiting providers in New England.
Kevin Conley is chairman of the Joslin Diabetes Center's board of trustees, a trustee of the Marks Colorectal Foundation, and a former trustee of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. Conley & Company is committed to finding a cure for diabetes and donates 25% of its profits to diabetes research.
