Cynthia L. CampbellAs one of the founding members of Conley & Company, Cindy Campbell has recently rejoined the firm as a Principal, specializing in finance, marketing, operations and human resources executive recruitment. With nearly twenty years of executive search, Ms. Campbell brings a depth of recruiting experience. She has successfully completed many CEO, CFO, COO, and other executive search assignments. Her clients have included financial services, energy, industrial and professional services companies. Ms. Campbell returns to executive search after spending a few years in the not-for-profit sector.Most recently, she served as the Associate Director of Corporate Relations and Major Gifts for the Harvard Business School. Ms. Campbell was responsible for building and maintaining corporate associations with the School, the Dean and its Faculty by developing and cultivating philanthropic relationships with key alumni. Previously, Ms. Campbell was a Principal in the Boston office of Korn/Ferry International, and was a member of its financial services and human resources practices. Prior to KFI, she was a Senior Associate with LAI Worldwide and Heidrick & Struggles in both their New York and Boston offices. At Heidrick & Struggles Ms. Campbell was the Energy Practice Coordinator. She began her recruiting career in Boston with two boutique firms specializing in the insurance industry. Ms. Campbell holds a BA from Gettysburg College. She lives in Boston’s South Shore where she weaves Nantucket Baskets and is co-owner of Bug Light Baskets of Duxbury. |
